Shop Bed-Stuy And A Taste Of Bed-Stuy Offer Exciting Merchandise And Great Food

The Bridge Street Development Corporation will, again, host Shop Bed-Stuy and a Taste of Bed-Stuy on Saturday, October 9th and Saturday, October 16th.  The Bed-Stuy Gateway Business Improvement District will join forces with Bridge Street to encourage shoppers to visit businesses that are owned by members of the various merchant associations that are sponsored by Bridge Street and the BID.  Businesses and restaurants along parts of Tompkins Avenue, Malcolm X Boulevard, Fulton Street, Nostrand Avenue, and Lewis Avenue will participate with their own unique specials.  Rhonda Lewis, CEO and President of Bridge Street states that, “Our vision is to preserve Bedford Stuyvesant as a desirable neighborhood for raising families, owning businesses and taking part in vibrant cultural and recreational opportunities.
